My Journey
Life hasn’t always been easy, and like many, I’ve faced more than a few personal battles. From navigating health challenges to juggling career demands, I know what it’s like to feel stuck. But these challenges ignited a passion in me - to take control of my own life, mindset, and wellbeing, and to help others do the same. That’s why I created Bright Mind, Bold Life: to empower people just like you to live better, think better, and create habits that fuel long-term happiness.
Through my brand, I break down the key insights from the world’s best self-help books and apply them in real life - then report back on what actually works (and what doesn’t!). Who I Am Outside of Work
When I’m not testing out the latest self-help hack, you’ll find me spending time with my adopted greyhound, Lucy, adventures with my partner, enjoying nature, or having lunch with friends. I’m a firm believer in balance, and I think that life’s simple joys are just as important as achieving big goals.
